BMW Bumping up Prices in 2009
These are crazy times we are living in. It seems that while GM and Chrysler are scrambling to survive and Toyota is postings losses - BMW is raising prices. Yes in the time of Below Sticker Below MSRP and Employee Plus pricing deals BMW is raising its prices in 2009.
Starting January 1 2009 the average price increase of 0.7% will go into effect for every BMW sold in the U.S. BMW states that the increase is due to the ongoing structural and economical changes in the market place . I think its greedy - and they seem to agree. BMW s reasoning is that it will ensure revenue generation .
So if you are/were in the market for a BMW - you best hurry double time before the prices go up.
